ArcGlyph – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using ArcGlyph (“the Software”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not accept the Terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run one copy of ArcGlyph for your personal, non-commercial use on any Meta Quest headset that you own or control. All other rights are reserved.

3. Ownership

ArcGlyph, its name, logo, artwork, source code and associated content are the intellectual property of the developer. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

Spell definitions, anchor layouts and screenshots you create remain yours. You grant us a non-exclusive right to use any crash logs or support materials you voluntarily send us solely to diagnose and fix issues.

6. Health & Safety Notice

Virtual-reality experiences can cause motion sickness, dizziness, loss of balance and other physical effects. Use only in a clear play space, remain aware of your surroundings, and stop immediately if you feel discomfort. Consult a doctor before use if you have epilepsy, heart conditions or other health concerns.

7. No Warranty

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Software.

9. Updates & Termination

We may modify or discontinue the Software (or any part of it) at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Puerto Rico.

11. Severability & Waiver

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in-app and on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
